TERMS AND CONDITIONS
USE OF THE TNOS ALERT BUTTON (TAB) ORGANIZATION
The following explains the Service Usage Agreement between Organizations, Users, and Responders as parties who use the TNOS Alert Button (TAB) service, and PT Xtreme Network Sistem as the service manager for the TNOS Alert Button (TAB) Apps, which contains the terms and conditions for using the TNOS Alert Button (TAB) Apps that apply to you to be able to use it. Please read this agreement carefully. You must read, understand, accept, and agree to all terms and conditions in this agreement before using the Apps and/or receiving the content contained therein.
By using the Apps and/or continuing access to the TNOS Alert Button (TAB) Apps, you agree to all terms and conditions contained therein. The TNOS Alert Button (TAB) Apps is an application that you download so that you enter this page or these Terms and Conditions, which are currently known as a brand, logo, and/or mark, as well as the name TNOS Alert Button (TAB).
You understand and agree that these Terms and Conditions of use are an agreement in electronic form, and if you press the “Subscribe” button when using TNOS Alert Button (TAB) Apps or the “enter” button when accessing your account, this constitutes your agreement to enter into an agreement with us. So that the validity of these Terms and Conditions of Use and the Privacy Policy are valid and legally binding and continue to apply throughout your use of the TNOS Alert Button Application and Services.
If you don’t accept and agree to one, part, or all of the contents of the Terms and Conditions in this Agreement, you are not permitted to access it further.
DEFINITION
PT Xtreme Network Sistem is a limited liability company that owns the TNOS and TNOS Alert Button (TAB) brands, is established and operates legally under the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, and is domiciled in the Special Capital Region of Jakarta, Indonesia. PT Xtreme Network Sistem is a software technology company that provides online service applications to connect Users with Security Partners and Lawyers, as well as connecting Users with Responders. It is not engaged in the field of security services or a distributor of Security Personnel and is not an office engaged in legal services and law offices.
The Alert Button is a method in the application that can provide real-time emergency warnings from users to other users in one application system.
The TNOS Alert Button or TAB is an application that can be used by Organizations if they need help in an emergency situation by simply pressing one button. This application is designed so that anyone can easily use it while still using adequate technology.
Terms and Conditions are an agreement between the Organization, Users, and Responders with PT Xtreme Network Sistem that contains a set of regulations that regulate the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the Organization, Users, and Responders with PT Xtreme Network Sistem.
Organizations are parties that can access the TNOS Alert Button (TAB) dashboard and register Users and Responders who will use the TNOS Alert Button (TAB).
Users are parties who access and use the TNOS Alert Button (TAB), including downloading the TNOS Alert Button App.
Responders are parties than can access and use the TNOS Alert Button (TAB), including downloading the TNOS Alert Button App.
Account or “Your Account”, means the unique identification registered by Organization on the TNOS Alert Button (TAB).

USE OF THE TNOS ALERT BUTTON (TAB) ORGANIZATION
Terms and Conditions means the Terms and/or Conditions, including any changes, additions, replacements, and/or modifications thereto, which may be adjusted from time to time.
Registered Account
By registering an account as a User or Responder of the TNOS Alert Button (TAB) App, the Organization will register an account name based on the mobile phone number that has been set in the TNOS Alert Button (TAB) App.
When you open an account, you agree to provide personal information, including the collection, storage processing, use, and sharing of your personal information, such as your name, email address, and mobile number registered by your Organization.
Organizations, Users, and Responders are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of usernames and passwords and are fully responsible for all activities carried out by or in the name of User account.
TNOS Alert Button (TAB) will not ask for usernames or passwords belonging to Organizations, Users, or Responders accounts for any reason, therefore TNOS Alert Button (TAB) asks Organizations, Users, or Responders not to provide this data or other important data to parties acting on behalf of the TNOS Alert Button (TAB) or parties who can’t guarantee its security.
Organizations, Users, or Responders agrees to immediately notify us of any suspected unauthorized or valid use of the account name of Organizations, Users, or registered Responders.
Use of Services
The TNOS Alert Button (TAB) service can only be accessed when the Organizations, Users, or Responders has subscribed to the TNOS Alert Button (TAB) App as long as the Organization’s membership is still active.
Organizations can consent to contact access to view contacts when registering a User’s number.
Organizations can approve contact access to view contacts when registering contact a responder number as an emergency contact.
When the User downloads the TNOS Alert Button (TAB), the system will ask for User approval to active location permissions. With active location conditions, location will be used to determine the User’s last location and location when opening and entering the application.
When a Responder downloads the TNOS Alert Button (TAB), the system will ask for Responder approval to active location permission. With the active locaton condition, location will be used to determine the Responder’s location.
User can active location detectioin when the User is logged in to the application and the application runs in the foreground or background to find out the last position, and Users can find out the last location if necessary by contacting us.
Users can provide approval for access to notifications on the User’s device.
Users can provide approval for SMS access on the Users’s device.
Responders can provide approval for notification, camera, and microphone access on the Responder’s device.
Users can’t request a refund for active TNOS Alert Button (TAB) subscription packages.
Suspension/ Block/ Termination of Service
We have the full right to suspend, block, or terminate the service of an account, prohibit access to the TNOS Alert Button (TAB) App, freeze, postpone, and/or cancel transactions carried out, and take legal steps to protect Users if we consider the registered person to have violated applivable laws, violated the intellectual property rights of related parties, committed fraud, or committed a violation of the matters stated in this agreement.
You are not permitted to use the TNOS Alert Button service for anything other than an emergency, which poses a risk to the User.
You intentionally hacked the TNOS Alert Button (TAB) Application and the TNOS Alert Button (TAB) Responder Application, which could harm PT Xtreme Network System Management and other users.
You only use Costomer Support services for things you shouldn’t, such as:
Spam messages in Live Chat.
Submitting questions outside the TNOS Alert Button (TAB).
Carrying out terror against Customer Support officers.
Making harsh statements.
And so on, distrupting Customer Support services.
By terminating services, you will automatically:
Declare thathe waives his right to make demands, lawsuits, bills, reports, and/or complaints against TNOS Alert Button (TAB) Management regarding this termination of service.
Releasing/separating all forms of appreciation for the TNOS Alert Button (TAB) Service program.
Force Majeure
The TNOS Alert Button (TAB) App may be interrupted by events beyond our authority or control (“Force Majeure”), including but not limited to natural disasters, government policies, riots, wars, and others. You agree to release us from any claims and responsibilities if we are unable to facilitate the services, including fulfilling instructions you provide through this application, either in part or in whole, due to a force majeure event.
Intellectual Property Rights
We are sole owner or legal holder of all rights to and content in the TNOS Alert Button (TAB) App, including intellectual property rights protected by copyright laws and other laws that protect intellectual property in force in the Republic of Indonesia. All ownership rights and intellectual property rights to the TNOS Alert Button (TAB) App and its contents remain with us, its affiliates, or the license owner of the TNOS Alert Button (TAB) App content. All rights not expressly granted in this agreement or by us are hereby reserved. The TNOS Alert Button (TAB) App, its name, and related icons and logos are registered trademarks in various jurisdictions and are protected by copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property laws. It is strictly prohibited to use, modify, or install the above brands on any media without our consent.
Updates to Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to change our terms and conditios at any time. Please check our terms and conditions periodically for changes. If you continue to user our services after the changes become effective, we will assume that you agree and are willing to be bound to accept all changes made to these Terms and Conditions.
Problem and Dispute Resolution
If you experience any problems or issues related to the service, you can submit your complaint by contacting us via email at customerservice@tnos.world or by phone at (+62) 8119595493. All your correspondence will be recorded and stored for our archives.
To submit a complaint, questions, objection, etc. (“Report”), you need to provide sufficient information, including but not limited to, a summary of the facts that occurred, the evidence you have, the order number, and personal information, such as your registered email address and mobile phone number.
In order to respond to any report you submit, we will first verify by matching the information you provide with your personal information contained in our system. If necessary, we may directly ask you to provide the information required for verification purposes.
We may refuse to follow up on your report if the information you provide does not match the personal information contained in our system or if the report is submitted in relation to, against, on behalf of, or by another party that is different from the owner of the relevant account that is officially registered in our system. We may stop following up on your report if we, in our sole discretion, consider that your report is not supported by sufficient and clear facts or has been completed. We may also forward your report to the service provider or payment method provider to be resolved directly by you and the service provider or payment method provider.
For certain reports related to the service, we may at our sole discreation, facilitate a meeting between you and the service provider for the purpose of resolving the issue amicably. In such a case, if you feel that you still need to take other action, including any legal action, you may do so at your sole responsibility.
We will follow up by conducting an investigation and/or facilitating the relevant service provider to report to the authorities if we receive a report of a violation by you of these terms of use or a violation of applicable laws and regulations.
This provision applies vice versa when you experience the same thing as mentioned above by the service provider.
Limitation of Our Liability
We provide the application as is, and we do not represent or warrant that the reliability, timeliness, quality, suitability, availability, accuracy, completeness, or security of the application will meet your needs and will meet your expectations, including but not limited to the services and payment methods, which are the sole responsibility of the service provider and payment method provider. We are not responsible dor any loss or demage caused by any failure or error by the service provider or payment method provider or your failure or error in complying with our Terms of use, the service provider, or the payment method provider.
This application will not work if not connected to the internet network. Make sure you are connected to the internet network so that you can access our services more optimally.
The application may experience limitations, delays, and other problems inherent in the use of the internet and electronic communications, including your device, service provider, or payment method provider being damaged, not connected to the internet, out of range, turned off, or not functioning. We are not responsible for any delays, non-delivery, damage, or loss resulting from such problems.
We are not obligated and are not responsible for monitoring your access to or use of the application. However, we continue to monitor for the purpose of ensuring smooth use of the application and to ensure compliance with these Terms of Use, applicable laws and regulations, court decisions, and/or provisions of administrative institutions or other government agencies.
We have no obligation whatsoever, including to take further action or legal action deemed necessary by you, the service provider, or the payment method provider, regarding any problem or dispute arising between you and the service provider or the payment method provider. However, we will facilitate any problem or dispute arising between you and the service provider or payment method provider with reasonable efforts required. When we facilitate the resolution of a problem or dispute between you and the service provider or the payment method provider, we do not act as a mediator, and this does not create any further obligations for us.
