TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE 

OF TNOS ALERT BUTTON (TAB) ORGANIZATION

The following explains the Service Usage Agreement between the Organization, as the party using the TNOS Alert Button service, and PT. Xtreme Network System, as the owner of the TNOS Alert Button Application, which contains the terms and conditions of use of the TNOS Alert Button Application that apply to you to be able to use it. Please read this Agreement carefully. You must read, understand, accept, and agree to all the terms and conditions in this Agreement before using the application and/or receiving the content contained therein. By using the application and/or continuing to access the TNOS Alert Button Application, you agree to all the terms and conditions contained therein. The TNOS Alert Button Application is an application that you download so that you enter this page or these terms and conditions, which are currently known as the brand, logo, and/or sign, and by the name TNOS Alert Button.

You understand and agree that these Terms and Conditions of Use are an electronic agreement, and if you press the "register" button when opening an account or the "login" button when accessing your account, it constitutes your agreement to be bound by an agreement with us so that the validity of these Terms and Conditions of Use and the Privacy Policy are valid and legally binding and continue to apply throughout your use of the TNOS Alert Button Application and its services. If you do not accept and agree to any part or all of the contents of the terms and conditions in this Agreement, you are not permitted to access further.

DEFINITION

  1. The TNOS Alert Button, or TAB, is an application for users and/or organizations if they need help for emergency situations by simply pressing one button.
  2. Terms and Conditions are an agreement between the Organization and PT. Xtreme Network Sistem that contains a set of regulations governing the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the Organization and PT. Xtreme Network Sistem.
  3. The organization is the party that accesses and uses the TNOS Alert Button service, including downloading the TNOS Alert Button application.
  4. Account, or “Your Account, means a special identification created in the TNOS Alert Button Application based on your registration request.


TERMS AND CONDITIONS

USE OF THE TNOS ALERT BUTTON (TAB) ORGANIZATION

Terms and Conditions means the Terms and/or Conditions, including any changes, additions, replacements, adjustments, and/or modifications that may be adjusted from time to time.

  1. Registered Account

  1. By selecting or creating an account as an organization user from the TNOS Alert Button Application, the organization will register an account name (username) based on the mobile phone number that has been set in the TNOS Alert Button Application.
  2. When you open an account, you agree to provide personal information, collection, storage, processing, use, and sharing of your personal information, such as your name, email address, mobile phone number, and others if necessary.
  3. The organization is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of the username and password and is fully responsible for all activities carried out by or on behalf of the user account name.
  4. TNOS Alert Button will not ask for the username or password of the organization account for any reason; therefore, TNOS Alert Button asks the organization not to provide such data or other important data to parties claiming to be TNOS Alert Button or other parties whose security cannot be guaranteed.
  5. The organization agrees to immediately notify us of any suspected unauthorized/invalid use under the name of the registered organization account.


  1. Use of Services

  1. The Alert Button service can only be accessed when the organization has subscribed to the TNOS Alert Button Application as long as the organization's membership is still active.
  2. When the organization downloads the TNOS Alert Button, the system will ask for the user's approval to activate location permissions and other permissions if necessary.
  3. The organization can activate location detection when the user is logged in to the application and the application is running in the foreground or background to find out the last position, and the user can find out the last location if necessary by contacting us (T&Cs apply).
  4. The organization can give approval for contact access to view contacts when registering the responder number as an emergency contact.
  5. The organization can give approval for SMS or email access to the user's device.


  1. Suspension/ Block/ Termination of Service

  1. We have the full right to suspend, block, or terminate the service of an account; prohibit access to the TNOS Alert Button Application; freeze, delay, and/or cancel transactions made; and take legal steps to protect users if we consider that the registered violates applicable laws, violates the intellectual property rights of related parties, commits fraud, or commits a violation of the matters stated in this agreement.
  2. You are not permitted to use the Alert Button service for anything other than an emergency.
  3. You intentionally hack the TNOS Alert Button Application, which can harm the management of the PT Xtreme Network Sistem and other users.
  4. You use the customer support service only for something that is not appropriate, such as:
    • Spam Message in Live Chat.
    • Submitting questions outside the TNOS Alert Button
    • Terrorizing customer relationship management officers.
    • Making rude statements.
    • And so on, so as to disrupt customer relationship management services.
  5. By performing the Termination of Service, you automatically:
    • Declare to waive your right to make demands, lawsuits, bills, reports, and/or complaints against TNOS Alert Button Management related to this Termination of Service.
    • Release/separate all forms of appreciation of the TNOS Alert Button Service program.
  1. Force Majeure

The TNOS Alert Button application may be interrupted by events beyond our authority or control (“Force Majeure”), including but not limited to natural disasters, government policies, riots, wars, and others. You agree to release Us from any claims and responsibilities if We are unable to facilitate the Services, including fulfilling instructions You provide through this Application, either in part or in whole, due to a Force Majeure Event.


  1. Intellectual Property Rights

We are the sole owner or legal holder of all rights to and content in the TNOS Alert Button Application, including intellectual property rights protected by copyright laws and other intellectual property laws in force in the Republic of Indonesia. All ownership rights and intellectual property rights to the TNOS Alert Button Application and its contents remain with us, its affiliates, or the license owner of the TNOS Alert Button Application content. All rights not expressly granted in this Agreement or by Us are hereby reserved. The TNOS Alert Button Application, its name, and related icons and logos are registered trademarks in various jurisdictions and are protected by copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property laws. It is strictly prohibited to use, modify, or install the above brands on any media without our consent.


  1. Updates to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to change our Terms and Conditions at any time. Please check our Terms and Conditions periodically for changes. If you continue to use our services after the changes become effective, we will assume that you agree and are willing to be bound to accept all changes made to these Terms and Conditions.


  1. Problem and Dispute Resolution

If you experience any problems or issues related to the service, you can submit your complaint by contacting us via email at customerservice@tnos.world or by phone at (+62) 8119595493. All your correspondence will be recorded and stored for our archives.

To submit a complaint, question, objection, etc. (“Report”), you need to provide sufficient information, including but not limited to a summary of the facts that occurred, the evidence you have, the order number, and personal information, such as your registered email address and mobile phone number.

In order to respond to each report you submit, we will first verify by matching the information you provide and your personal information contained in our system. If necessary, we may directly ask you to provide the information required for verification purposes. We may refuse to follow up on your report if the information you provide does not match the personal information contained in our system or if the report is submitted in relation to, against, on behalf of, or by another party that is different from the owner of the relevant account that is officially registered in our system.

We may stop following up on your report if we, in our sole discretion, consider that your report is not supported by sufficient and clear facts or has been completed. We may also forward your report to the service provider or payment method provider to be resolved directly by you and the service provider or payment method provider.

For certain reports related to the services, we may, at our sole discretion, facilitate a meeting between you and the third-party service provider for the purpose of resolving the issue amicably. In such a case, if You feel that You still need to take other actions, including any legal action, You may do so at Your sole responsibility.

We will follow up by conducting an investigation and/or facilitating the relevant service provider to report to the authorities if we receive a report of a violation by you of these Terms of Use or a violation of applicable laws and regulations.

This provision applies in reverse when you experience the same thing as mentioned above by a third-party service provider.


  1. Limitation of Our Liability

  1. We provide the application as is, and we do not represent or warrant that the reliability, timeliness, quality, suitability, availability, accuracy, completeness, or security of the application will meet your needs and will meet your expectations, including but not limited to the services and payment methods, which are the sole responsibility of the service provider and payment method provider. We are not responsible for any loss or damage caused by any failure or error made by the service provider or payment method provider or your failure or error in complying with our terms of use, the service provider, or the payment method provider.
  2. This application will not work if not connected to the internet. Make sure you are connected to the internet so that you can access our services optimally.
  3. The application may experience limitations, delays, and other problems that occur in the use of the internet and other electronic communications, including your device, service provider, or payment method provider being damaged, not connected to the internet, out of range, turned off, or not functioning. We are not responsible for any delays, failures to deliver, damage, or loss resulting from these problems.
  4. We are not obligated and are not responsible for monitoring your access or use of the application. However, we continue to monitor for the purpose of ensuring the smooth use of the application and to ensure compliance with these Terms of Use, applicable laws and regulations, court decisions, and/or provisions of administrative institutions or other government agencies.


We have no obligation whatsoever, including to take further action or legal action deemed necessary by you, the service provider, or the payment method provider, regarding any problem or dispute arising between you and the service provider or the payment method provider. However, we will facilitate any problem or dispute arising between you and the service provider or payment method provider with reasonable efforts required. When we facilitate the resolution of a problem or dispute between you and the service provider or the payment method provider, we do not act as a mediator, and this does not create any further obligations for us.

You can contact us through customer relationship management. All your correspondence will be recorded and stored for our archives.
