OF USE OF TNOS ALERT BUTTON (TAB)



The terms and conditions of use of the TNOS Alert Button Application that apply to you in order to use it are explained in the Service Usage Agreement between the Organization, the party using the TNOS Alert Button service, and PT. Xtreme Network Sistem, the owner of the TNOS Alert Button Application. Please carefully read this agreement. Before using the application or accessing the content it contains, you must read, comprehend, accept, and agree to all of the terms and conditions in this agreement.

You accept all of the terms and conditions listed in the TNOS Alert Button Application by using it and/or by keeping it open. The application you download to access this page or these terms and conditions currently referred to as the brand, logo, and/or mark, and by the name TNOS Alert Button is called the TNOS Alert Button Application.

In order for these Terms and Conditions of Use and the Privacy Policy to remain valid and legally binding throughout your use of the TNOS Alert Button Application and its Services, you acknowledge and agree that these Terms and Conditions of Use are an electronic agreement. You also agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Use if you click the "register" button when opening an account or the "login" button when accessing your account. You are not allowed to continue using this agreement if you disagree with any or all of the terms and conditions stated in it.

DEFINITION

  1. The TNOS Alert Button, also known as TAB, is an application that allows users and/or organizations to request assistance in an emergency by pressing a single button.
  2. A set of rules governing the rights, duties, and responsibilities of both the User and PT. Xtreme Network Sistem are contained in the Terms and Conditions, which are an agreement between the two parties.
  3. Users are the people who download the TNOS Alert Button (TAB) application and use the TNOS Alert Button (TAB) service.
  4. In the TNOS Alert Button Application, "Account" or "Your Account" refers to a special identification that was generated in response to your registration request.

 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

OF USE OF TNOS ALERT BUTTON (TAB)


The phrase "terms and conditions" refers to the terms and/or conditions, as well as any additions, modifications, replacements, and/or adjustments that may be made from time to time.

 

A.     Registered User

  1. By choosing or creating an account as a user of the TNOS Alert Button Application, the user will generate a username, or account name, based on the mobile phone number they provided during the registration process.
  2. You consent to the collection, storage, processing, use, and sharing of your personal information, including your name, email address, mobile number, and other details if needed, when you create an account.
  3. The user bears full responsibility for all actions taken by or on behalf of the user's account name and is in charge of protecting the privacy and security of the username and password.
  4. Since TNOS Alert Button will never request the user's username or password, it requests that users refrain from giving this information or any other critical information to parties posing as TNOS Alert Button or to third parties whose security cannot be ensured.
  5. The User consents to promptly inform Us of any suspected unlawful or unauthorized use of the registered User account.

B.     Use of Service

  1. As long as the user's membership is still active, the Alert Button service is only available to users who have subscribed to the TNOS Alert Button Application.
  2. The system will request the user's consent to activate location permissions and other permissions, if required, when the organization or user downloads the TNOS Alert Button.
  3. When the user is logged in to the application and the application is running in the background or foreground, the user can activate location detection to determine the last position. If necessary, the user can contact us to find out the last location (terms and conditions apply).
  4. When registering the Responder number as an emergency contact, users can grant access to view contacts.
  5. Users have the option to grant access to their device via email or SMS.

C.     Suspension / Block / Termination of Service


1.    If we believe that a Registered User violates applicable laws, related parties' intellectual property rights, fraud, or any of the matters outlined in this Agreement, we have the complete authority to suspend, block, or terminate the service of an Account, prohibit access to the TNOS Alert Button (TAB) Application, freeze, delay, and/or cancel transactions made, and take legal action to protect Users.

2.    Except in cases of emergency, you are not allowed to use the Alert Button service.

3.    You purposefully hack the TNOS Alert Button application, endangering other users as well as the management of the PT Xtreme Network Sistem.

4.    You only use the customer service for inappropriate purposes, like sending unsolicited messages via live chat.

        •    Using the TNOS Alert Button to submit questions

        •    Making fun of people who work in customer relationship management.

        •    Using offensive language.

        •    And so forth, causing the Customer Relationship Management service to be interrupted.

5.    Upon completing the Termination of Service, you automatically:

        •   Acknowledge that you give up the right to file a lawsuit, demand, bill, report, or complaint against TNOS Alert Button Management in connection with this Agreement.

        •    All forms of gratitude for the TNOS Alert Button Service program should be released or separated.


D.      Force Majeure

Events outside of our control or authority (referred to as "Force Majeure"), such as riots, wars, natural disasters, and government policies, may cause the TNOS Alert Button application to stop working. If a Force Majeure Event prevents Us from providing the Services, including carrying out instructions You provide through this Application, in whole or in part, You agree to release Us from all claims and obligations.

E.     Intellectual Property Rights

Any and all rights to the content in the TNOS Alert Button Application, including those safeguarded by copyright and other intellectual property laws in effect in the Republic of Indonesia, belong to us exclusively. We, its affiliates, or the license owner of the TNOS Alert Button Application content retain all ownership and intellectual property rights to the application and its contents. We hereby reserve all rights not specifically granted by Us or in this Agreement. Copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws protect the TNOS Alert Button Application, its name, and associated icons and logos, which are registered trademarks in multiple jurisdictions. Using, altering, or installing the aforementioned brands on any kind of media without our permission is strictly forbidden.


F.      Updates to Terms and Conditions

Our Terms and Conditions are subject to change at any time. Please periodically review our terms and conditions for any updates. We will assume that you agree to and are willing to be bound by any changes made to these Terms and Conditions if you keep using our services after they go into effect.

G.    Problems and Dispute Resolution

You can file a complaint if you encounter any difficulties or problems with the service by calling (+62) 8119595493 or sending an email to customerservice@tnos.world. We will record and preserve all of your correspondence for our records.

You must include enough information in order to submit a complaint, question, objection, etc. ("Report"), including but not limited to a synopsis of the events, the evidence you have, the order number, and personal data like your registered email address and mobile number.

We will first confirm by comparing the data you submit with the personal information we have on file before responding to any reports you submit. We may directly request that you supply the data needed for verification if needed.

If the information you provide does not match the personal information in our system, or if the report is submitted by someone other than the owner of the relevant account that is officially registered in our system, or in relation to, against, or on behalf of that person, we may not follow up on your report. If, at our sole discretion, we believe that your report is either completed or not sufficiently and clearly supported by facts, we may cease to follow up on it. Additionally, we might send your report to a third-party service provider so that you and the third-party service provider can resolve it directly.

We may, at Our sole discretion, arrange for You and the Third Party Service Provider to meet in order to resolve certain Reports pertaining to the Services in an amicable manner. In such a situation, you are free to take any additional action you feel is necessary, including taking legal action, at your own risk.

If We receive a report of a violation by You of these Terms of Use or of Applicable Laws and Regulations, We will investigate the matter and/or assist the relevant Third Party Service Provider in reporting to the authorities. This clause also applies if you encounter the same issue as the Service Provider described above.

H.       Limitation of Our Liability

  1. Including but not limited to the Services and Payment Methods, which are solely the responsibility of the Service Provider and Payment Method Provider, we offer the Application as is and make no representations or warranties that its dependability, timeliness, quality, suitability, availability, accuracy, completeness, or security will satisfy your needs and expectations. Any loss or damage resulting from a service provider's or payment method provider's failure or error, or from your own failure to abide by our terms of use or those of third-party service providers, is not our responsibility.

  2. Without an internet connection, this application won't function. To get the most out of our services, make sure you have an internet connection.

  3. The application might encounter restrictions, lags, and other issues that come with using the internet and electronic communications, such as your device, service provider, or payment method provider being broken, malfunctioning, out of range, or not connected to the internet. Any delays, delivery failures, damage, or loss brought on by such issues are not our responsibility.

We have no obligation or responsibility to keep an eye on how you use the application. Nonetheless, we keep an eye on things to make sure the application runs smoothly and that these Terms of Use, applicable laws and regulations, court rulings, and/or the policies of administrative institutions or other government agencies are followed.

Regarding any issues or disagreements that may arise, we are under no duty whatsoever, including to take additional action or pursue legal action as determined by you, the Third Party Service Provider. We will, however, make a good faith effort to resolve any issues or disagreements that may come up between you and the Third Party Service Provider. We do not serve as a mediator when we assist in resolving issues or conflicts, and this does not impose any additional duties on us.
