TERMS AND CONDITIONS 

OF USING TNOS ALERT BUTTON RESPONDER

Please read this Agreement carefully. You must read, understand, accept, and agree to all of the terms and conditions contained herein. This is the Service Usage Agreement between Responder as the party using the TNOS Alert Button Responder Application service and PT. Xtreme Network Sistem as the owner of the TNOS Alert Button Responder Application service.

You accept all of the terms and conditions listed in the TNOS Alert Button Responder Application by using it and/or by keeping access to it. You download the TNOS Alert Button Responder Application in order to access this page or these terms and conditions, which are currently referred to as the TNOS Alert Button Responder Application, brand, logo, and/or mark.

In order for these Terms and Conditions of Use and the Privacy Policy to remain valid and legally binding throughout your use of the TNOS Alert Button Responder Application and Services, you acknowledge and agree that they are an electronic agreement. By clicking the "register" button when creating an account or the "login" button when logging into your account, you consent to being bound by an agreement with Us. You are not allowed to continue using this agreement if you disagree with any or all of the terms and conditions stated in it.


DEFINITION

1.  The TNOS Alert Button app allows users to press a single button to get assistance in emergency situations.

2. The application TNOS Alert Button Responder is designed for responders who will offer users "Response" support in an emergency. The user will invite you, and if you accept, the TNOS Alert Button Application will register your mobile number as the user's emergency number.

3. A set of rules defining the rights, duties, and responsibilities of both parties are contained in the Terms and Conditions, which are an agreement between Responder and PT. Xtreme Network Sistem.

4. A responder is a person who downloads and utilizes the TNOS Alert Button Responder service.

5. The unique identification generated in the TNOS Alert Button Responder Application in response to your registration request is referred to as "Your Account" or "Account."


TERMS AND CONDITIONS

OF USING TNOS ALERT BUTTON RESPONDER 

The phrase "terms and conditions" refers to the terms and/or conditions, as well as any additions, modifications, replacements, and/or adjustments that may be made from time to time.

 

A.     Registered Responder

1.  The Responder will create an account name (username) based on the mobile phone number when completing the registration process that has been set in the TNOS Alert Button Responder Application by choosing or creating an account as a Responder from the TNOS Alert Button Responder Application.

2. By creating an account, you consent to the collection, storage, processing, use, and sharing of your personal information, including your name, email address, mobile number, and any additional information that may be required.

3. The Responder bears full responsibility for all actions taken by or on behalf of the Responder account name, and is in charge of protecting the privacy and security of the username and password.

4. Because the TNOS Alert Button Responder application will never request the Responder's username or password, TNOS Alert Button Responder requests that Responders refrain from giving this information, along with other crucial information, to parties posing as TNOS Alert Button Responders or to other parties whose security cannot be ensured.

5. Respondent commits to promptly informing Us of any suspected unlawful or unauthorized use of the registered Responder account.

B.     Use of Service

1.  Only after downloading, registering, and accepting the TNOS Alert Button Application User's request to become a Responder can the Responder access the Alert Button Responder service.

2. The system will request consent from the Responder to activate location permissions and other permissions, if required, when the Responder downloads the TNOS Alert Button Responder. When the location condition is enabled, the Responder's location will be ascertained by using the location.

3. Access to the Responder's device's cameras, microphones, notifications, and other permissions, if any, will be granted by the Responder.

C.     Suspension, block, or termination of service

1.  Should we believe that a Registered Person violates applicable laws, related parties' intellectual property rights, fraud, or any of the matters outlined in this Agreement, we have the complete authority to suspend, block, or terminate the service of an Account, forbid access to the TNOS Alert Button Responder Application, freeze, delay, and/or cancel transactions made, and take legal action to protect Responders.

2. You are not allowed to use the TNOS Alert Button Responder service for anything other than emergencies or situations where the user could be in danger.

3. You purposefully compromise the TNOS Alert Button Responder application, endangering other users as well as the management of the PT Xtreme Network Sistem.

4. You exclusively use the CRM service for inappropriate purposes, like sending unsolicited messages in live chat.

  • Using TNOS Alert Button Responder to submit questions.
  • Making fun of people who work in customer relationship management.
  • Using offensive language.
  • And so forth, causing the Customer Relationship Management service to be interrupted.

5. By completing the Termination of Service, you automatically: 

  • Agree to forgo any claims, lawsuits, demands, bills, reports, or complaints against the PT Xtreme Network Sistem management in connection with this Termination of Service.
  • All expressions of gratitude for the TNOS Alert Button Responder Service program should be released or kept separate.


D.      Force Majeure

Events outside of our control or authority (referred to as "Force Majeure"), such as natural disasters, governmental regulations, riots, wars, and other situations, may cause the TNOS Alert Button Responder application to stop working. If a Force Majeure Event prevents Us from providing the Services, including carrying out instructions You provide through this Application, in whole or in part, You agree to release Us from all claims and obligations.


E.     Intellectual Property Rights

Any and all rights to the content in the TNOS Alert Button Application, including those safeguarded by copyright and other intellectual property laws in effect in the Republic of Indonesia, belong to us exclusively. We, its affiliates, or the owners of the TNOS Alert Button Application content license retain all ownership and intellectual property rights to the TNOS Alert Button Application and its contents. We hereby reserve all rights not specifically granted by Us or in this Agreement. Copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws protect the TNOS Alert Button Responder Application, its name, and associated icons and logos, which are registered trademarks in multiple jurisdictions. Using, altering, or installing the aforementioned brands on any kind of media without our permission is strictly forbidden.

F.     Updates to Terms and Conditions

Our Terms and Conditions are subject to change at any time. Please periodically review our terms and conditions for any updates. We will assume that you agree to and are willing to be bound by any changes made to these Terms and Conditions if you keep using our services after they go into effect.

G.    Problems and Dispute Resolution

You can file a complaint if you encounter any difficulties or problems with the service by calling (+62) 8119595493 or sending an email to customerservice@tnos.world. We will record and preserve all of your correspondence for our records.
 You must include enough information in order to submit a complaint, question, objection, etc. ("Report"), including but not limited to a synopsis of the events, the evidence you have, the order number, and personal data like your registered email address and mobile number.

We will first confirm by comparing the data you submit with the personal information we have on file before responding to any reports you submit. We may directly request that you supply the data needed for verification if needed.

If the information you provide does not match the personal information in our system, or if the report is submitted by someone other than the owner of the relevant account that is officially registered in our system, or in relation to, against, or on behalf of that person, we may not follow up on your report. If, at our sole discretion, we believe that your report is either completed or not sufficiently and clearly supported by facts, we may cease to follow up on it. Additionally, we might send your report to a third-party service provider so that you and the third-party service provider can resolve it directly.

We may, at Our sole discretion, arrange for You and the Third Party Service Provider to meet in order to resolve certain Reports pertaining to the Services in an amicable manner. In such a situation, you are free to take any additional action you feel is necessary, including taking legal action, at your own risk.

If We receive a report of a violation by You of these Terms of Use or of Applicable Laws and Regulations, We will investigate the matter and/or assist the relevant Third Party Service Provider in reporting to the authorities. This clause also applies if you encounter the same issue as the Service Provider described above.


H.       Limitation of Our Liability

1. Including but not limited to the Services and Payment Methods, which are solely the responsibility of the Service Provider and Payment Method Provider, we offer the Application as is and make no representations or warranties that its dependability, timeliness, quality, suitability, availability, accuracy, completeness, or security will satisfy your needs and expectations. Any loss or damage resulting from a service provider's or payment method provider's failure or error, or from your own failure to abide by our terms of use or those of third-party service providers, is not our responsibility.

2. Without an internet connection, this application won't function. To get the most out of our services, make sure you have an internet connection.

3. The application might encounter restrictions, lags, and other issues that come with using the internet and electronic communications, such as your device, service provider, or payment method provider being broken, malfunctioning, out of range, or not connected to the internet. Any delays, delivery failures, damage, or loss brought on by such issues are not our responsibility.

4. We have no obligation or responsibility to keep an eye on how you use the application. Nonetheless, we keep an eye on things to make sure the application runs smoothly and that these Terms of Use, applicable laws and regulations, court rulings, and/or the policies of administrative institutions or other government agencies are followed.

5. Regarding any issues or disagreements that may arise, we are under no duty whatsoever, including to take additional action or pursue legal action as determined by you, the Third Party Service Provider. We will, however, make a good faith effort to resolve any issues or disagreements that may come up between you and the Third Party Service Provider. We do not serve as a mediator when we assist in resolving issues or conflicts, and this does not impose any additional duties on us.
