We understand and respect your privacy, so we are committed to protecting the personal information you provide to us and not disseminating it to third parties without your permission.

1. Facilitate the communication process that runs in our services between organizations, users, responders, and us.
2. Continuously improve more effective and efficient services for you, such as special offers and supporting activities for our promotions. But of course we will ask for permission and provide prior notification regarding this service.
3. Identify visitors to our sites and applications; conduct research on demographic data of users of our sites and applications; send you information that we consider useful for you.

By accessing and/or using the TNOS Alert Button service, the organization or personal user declares that all organization and/or user data is correct and valid, giving consent to PT Xtreme Network Sistem to obtain, collect, store, manage, and use such data as stated in the Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions of PT Xtreme Network Sistem.

This Privacy Policy, together with the Terms and Conditions posted on our services, sets out the general rules and policies that govern your use of our websites and applications. Depending on your activities while visiting our services, you may be required to agree to additional terms and conditions.

PT Xtreme Network Sistem may use all or part of the data obtained and collected from organizations and/or users as mentioned in the previous section for the following purposes:

1. Processing all forms of requests and activities carried out by organizations and/or users through us.

2. Provision of features to provide, realize, maintain, and improve TNOS Alert Button products and services, including:

1. Offer, obtain, provide, or facilitate services through us;
2. Conduct internal activities necessary to provide services on PT Xtreme Network Sistem's site/application, such as troubleshooting software, bugs, and operational issues; conducting data analysis; testing; and research; and monitoring and analyzing usage and activity trends.

3. Assisting users when communicating with PT Xtreme Network Sistem customer service, including:

1. Check and resolve user issues;
2. Direct user inquiries to the appropriate customer relationship management to resolve issues; and
3. Monitor and improve PT Xtreme Network Sistem customer service responses.

4. Contacting the organization and/or personal users via email, letter, telephone, and others, including but not limited to, to assist and/or complete the transaction process or resolve obstacles.

5. Use of information obtained from the Organization and/or Personal Users for research, analysis, product development, and testing purposes to improve the security and safety of our services and to develop new features and products.

6. Inform the organization and/or users regarding products, services, promotions, studies, surveys, news, latest developments, events, and others, either through us or through other media. PT Xtreme Network Sistem may also use the information to promote and process contests and sweepstakes, provide prizes, and present relevant advertisements and content about PT Xtreme Network Sistem and its business partners' services.

7. Monitor or investigate suspicious transactions or transactions that are indicated to contain elements of fraud or violations of the Terms and Conditions or applicable legal provisions, and take necessary actions as a follow-up to the results of monitoring or investigating the transaction.

E. Cookies

1. Cookies are small files that will automatically take place in the organization and/or user's device that performs the function of saving the organization and/or user's preferences or configurations while visiting a site.
2. These cookies are not intended for use when accessing other data that the Organization and/or User has on the Organization and/or User's device, other than that which has been agreed to be submitted.
3. Although the organization and/or user devices will automatically receive cookies, the organization and/or user can choose to make modifications through browser settings, namely by choosing to reject cookies (this option can limit optimal service when accessing us).
4. PT Xtreme Network Sistem uses the Google Analytics Demographics and Interest feature. The data we obtain from this feature, such as age, gender, user interests, and others, will be used by us for the development of us and our application content. If you do not want your data to be tracked by Google Analytics, you can use the Google Analytics Opt-Out Browser Add-On.
5. PT Xtreme Network Sistem may use features provided by third parties in order to improve PT Xtreme Network Sistem services and content, including, among others, the adjustment and presentation of advertisements to each organization and/or user based on interests or visit history. If you do not want advertisements to be displayed based on such adjustments, you can set it through your browser.

F. When This Policy Applies

This policy applies to all TNOS Alert Button, TNOS Alert Button Responder services, and services offered by third-party sites, such as advertising services. This policy does not apply to services that have separate privacy policies that are not incorporated into this privacy policy. This privacy policy does not apply to:

1. Information practices of other companies and organizations that advertise TNOS Alert Button and TNOS Alert Button Responder services.
2. Services offered by other companies or individuals, including products or sites that may include TNOS Alert Button and TNOS Alert Button Responder services, that are displayed to you in search results or that are linked from our services.

G. Disclosure of Your Organization and Personal Information

PT Xtreme Network Sistem complies with the laws in Indonesia and has the right to provide your organization information if required by law or cooperation is needed in a police investigation and/or court order.
