USE OF TNOS ALERT BUTTON (TAB)
The following explains the Service Use Agreement between the User as the party using the TNOS Alert Button (TAB) service and PT. Xtreme Network System as the service manager of the TNOS Alert Button (TAB) App, which contains the terms and conditions for using the TNOS Alert Button (TAB) App that apply to you to be able to use it. Please read this agreement carefully. You must read, understand, accept, and agree to all terms and conditions in this agreement before using the application and/or receiving the content contained therein.
By using the application or continuing to access the TNOS Alert Button (TAB) App, you agree to all of its terms and conditions. The TNOS Alert Button (TAB) App is a download-based application that allows you to enter this page or these Terms and Conditions, which are currently known as a brand, logo, and/or mark, as well as the name TNOS Alert Button (TAB).
You understand and agree that these Terms and Conditions of Use are an electronic agreement, and that by pressing the "Register" button when opening an account or the "Enter" button when accessing your account, you agree to enter into an agreement with us that will bring the Terms and Conditions into force. These Terms of Use and Privacy Policy are valid and legally binding and will apply to your use of the TNOS Alert Button (TAB) App and Services.
If you do not accept and agree to one, part, or all of the terms and conditions in this agreement, you are not permitted to access it further.
DEFINITION
1. The Alert Button is a feature of the application that allows User to send real-time emergency warnings to other Users in the same system.
2. TNOS Alert Button, or TAB, is an application for User to ask for help in an emergency by simply pressing one button. This application is designed so that anyone can easily use it while prioritizing adequate technology.
3. The terms and conditions constitute an agreement between the User and PT. Xtreme Network Sistem. A system that includes a set of regulations that govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of User and the PT. Xtreme Network Sistem.
4. User is the party who accesses and uses the TNOS Alert Button (TAB) service, including downloading the TNOS Alert Button (TAB) App.
5. Account, or “Your Account” means the unique identification created in the TNOS Alert Button (TAB) App based on your registration request.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
USE OF TNOS ALERT BUTTON (TAB)
Terms and Conditions refer to the Terms and/or Conditions, as well as any changes, additions, replacements, adjustments, and/or modifications to them that may be made at any time.
A. Registered User
1. When User selects or creates an account as a User from the TNOS Alert Button (TAB) App, an account name (username) is generated based on the mobile phone number used to complete the registration process.
2. When you open an account, you agree to provide personal information, including the collection, storage, processing, use, and sharing of your personal information, such as your name, e-mail address, and mobile phone number.
3. User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of the username and password and is fully responsible for all activities carried out by or in the name of the User account.
4. TNOS Alert Button (TAB) will not request the User account's username or password for any reason; therefore, TNOS Alert Button (TAB) requests that User not provide this data or any other important data to parties acting on behalf of TNOS Alert Button (TAB) or other parties whose security cannot be guaranteed.
5. The User agrees to immediately notify us of any suspected unauthorized or valid use in the name of the registered User's account.
B. Use of Service
1. The Alert Button service can only be accessed when the User has subscribed to the TNOS Alert Button (TAB) App, as long as the User's membership is still active.
2. When the User downloads the TNOS Alert Button (TAB), the system will ask for user approval to activate location permissions. With active location conditions, location will be used to determine the User's last location and location when opening and entering the application.
3. To find out their last position, User can enable location detection while logged in to the application and have it run in the background or foreground. If needed, User can also get in touch with us to find out their last location.
4. User can give consent to contact access to view contacts when registering a Responders number as an emergency contact.
5. The User can give approval for access to notifications on the User’s device.
6. User can provide approval for SMS access on the user's device.
C. Suspension, block, or termination of service
1. We reserve the right to suspend, block, or terminate an account's service, prohibit access to the TNOS Alert Button (TAB) App, freeze, postpone, and/or cancel transactions, and take legal action to protect User if we believe they are in violation of applicable law, violating related parties' intellectual property rights, committing fraud, or violating the terms of this Agreement.
2. You are not permitted to use the TNOS Alert Button (TAB) service for anything other than an emergency that poses a risk to the User.
3. You intentionally hacked the TNOS Alert Button (TAB) App, which could harm PT Xtreme Network System Management and other Users.
4. You only use customer support services for things you shouldn't, such as:
· Spam messages in live chat.
· Submitting questions outside the TNOS Alert Button (TAB).
· Carrying out terror against customer support officers.
· Making harsh statements.
· And so on, disrupting customer support services.
5. By terminating services, you will automatically:
· Agrees to give up any claims he may have regarding TNOS Alert Button (TAB) Management in connection with this service termination, including the right to file lawsuits, demands, bills, reports, and/or complaints.
· Releasing or dividing all expressions of gratitude for the program known as TNOS Alert Button (TAB) Service.
D. Force Majeure
The TNOS Alert Button (TAB) App may be interrupted by events beyond our authority or control ("Force Majeure"), including but not limited to natural disasters, government policies, riots, war, and others. You agree to release us from any claims and responsibilities if we are unable to facilitate the services, including fulfilling the instructions you give through this application, either in whole or in part, due to a force majeure event.
E. Intellectual Property Rights
We are the sole owner or legal holder of all rights to and content in the TNOS Alert Button (TAB) App, including intellectual property rights protected by copyright law and laws that protect other intellectual property in force in the Republic of Indonesia. All ownership rights and intellectual property rights to the TNOS Alert Button (TAB) App and its contents remain with us, its affiliates, or the license owner of the contents of the TNOS Alert Button (TAB) App. All rights not stated in this agreement or by us are hereby reserved. The TNOS Alert Button (TAB) App, name, and associated icons and logos are registered trademarks in various jurisdictions and are protected by copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property laws. It is strictly prohibited to use, change, or install the above marks in any media without our approval.
F. Updates to Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to change our Terms and Conditions at any time. Please check our Terms and Conditions periodically for any changes.
If you continue to use our services after the changes become effective, we will assume that you agree and are willing to bind yourself to accept all changes in these Terms and Conditions.
G. Problems and Dispute Resolution
If you experience problems or problems related to the service, you can submit your complaint by contacting us via electronic mail at customerservice@tnos.world or by telephone at (+62) 8119595493. All your correspondence will be noted, recorded, and stored in our archives.
To submit complaints, questions, objections, etc. ("Report"), you need to provide sufficient information, including but not limited to, a summary of the facts that occurred, the evidence you have, an order number, and personal information, such as registered electronic mail addresses and mobile phone numbers.
To respond to each report that you submit, we will first verify it by matching the information you provide with the personal information contained in our system. If necessary, we may directly ask you to provide the information required for verification purposes.
We may refuse to follow up on your report if the information you provided does not match the personal information contained in our system or if the report is submitted in connection with, against, on behalf of, or by another party that is different from the account owner in question who is officially registered on our system. We may stop following up on your report if we, in our sole discretion, consider that it is not supported by sufficient and clear facts or has not been completed. We may also forward your report to the service provider or payment method provider to be completed directly by you and the service provider or payment method provider.
Regarding certain reports related to the service, we may, at our sole discretion, facilitate a meeting between you and the service provider for the purpose of resolving the problem peacefully and amicably. In such a case, if you still feel the need to take other action, including any legal action, you can do so on your own personal responsibility.
If we learn of any violations of these Terms of Use or of applicable laws and regulations, we will investigate the matter further and/or assist the appropriate service provider in reporting the incident to the appropriate authorities.
This provision applies otherwise when you experience the same thing mentioned above by the service provider.
H. Limitation of Our Liability
We provide the application as is, and we do not represent or guarantee that the reliability, timeliness, quality, suitability, availability, accuracy, completeness, or security of the application can meet your needs and will meet your expectations, including but not limited to the services and payment methods provided, which are the sole responsibility of the service provider and payment method provider. We are not responsible for any loss or damage caused by any failure or error committed by the service provider or payment method provider, or your failure or error in complying with our Terms of Use, the service provider, or the payment method provider.
This application will not work if it is not connected to an internet network. Make sure you are connected to the internet network so that you can access our services more optimally.
The application may experience limitations, delays, and other problems inherent in internet use and electronic communications, including your device, service provider, or payment method provider being damaged, not connected to the internet, out of range, turned off, or not working. We are not responsible for delays, delivery failures, damage, or losses resulting from these problems.
We have no obligation and assume no responsibility to monitor your access to or use of the application. However, we still carry out supervision to ensure the smooth use of the application and to ensure compliance with these Terms of Use, applicable laws, court orders, and/or provisions of administrative agencies or other government bodies.
We do not have any obligation, including to take further action or legal action deemed necessary by you, the service provider, or the payment method provider, regarding any problems or disputes that arise between you and the service provider or payment method provider. However, we will facilitate any problems or disputes that arise between you and the service provider or payment method provider with the reasonable efforts required. When we facilitate the resolution of problems or disputes between you and the service provider or payment method provider, we do not act as a mediator, and this does not create any further obligations for us.
